This print was inspired by a French road trip I took with two old school friends one August. While staying in Saint Nazaire, we explored the coast from La Baule to Le Croisic, I found the sun shimmering on these rocky shores quite captivating and I rather liked the idea of it being called the Savage Coast. It was also much more appealing to me than the crowded beach at La Baule.
