I’ve always loved taking the ferry across the river Blyth from Walberwick to Southwold and back again. It saves the mile-long walk inland to the footbridge, which is most welcome on a hot summer day. Original reduction linocut, two slightly different editions of 6. Print size 265 x 175mmReduction technique using oil-based ink. Hand printed on Somerset satin 250g paper using a small relief press. Due to the nature of the printmaking process minor variations can occur between prints making each one a truly unique piece of artwork.
The print is numbered, titled and signed at the bottom, mounted in a neutral colour and wrapped in cellophane to keep it clean. The mounted work will fit into a standard 12 x 16″ frame. The artwork will be packaged in a sturdy cardboard envelope and shipped by tracked mail.
