UK orders for full-priced prints include free postage and packaging. UK orders for prints are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri track and trace facility. If you provide your email address this will allow you to track your own order once it is on its way. Greeting cards orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.

Items will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days. If for some reason this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as the order is received. Please note, working days are Monday – Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.

EU orders for prints are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, please allow for up to 8 working days delivery time. Greetings cards orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard.

Payment of any import taxes and/or customs duties incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer. Occasionally international orders may take longer than expected due to customs controls. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order please contact us and we can check the tracking for you.

International orders outside of the EU are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, please allow for 10 working days delivery time. Orders for greetings cards are sent by International Standard mail.

Returns policy (for full price items)

We hope that you love your order, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return an item please contact us within 14 days via our contact form to let us know you would like to return an item and request a refund.

All items must be in any original packaging.

Once we have received the item(s) back at our office we will process the refund. Please note that we are unable to reimburse you for any shipping costs.
