UK orders for full-priced prints include free postage and packaging. UK orders for prints are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you provide your email address this will allow you to track your own order once it is on its way. Greeting cards orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.

Items will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days. If for some reason this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as the order is received. Please note, working days are Monday – Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.

I regret that I not longer ship orders to Europe due to difficulties for small businesses, such as myself, being able to abide by EU import laws. 

International orders outside of the EU are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, please allow for 10 working days delivery time. Orders for greetings cards are sent by International Standard mail.

Payment of any imports taxes and/or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. Occasionally international orders may take longer than expected due to customs controls, if you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order please send us a message and we can check the tracking for you.

Returns policy (for full price items)

We hope that you love your order, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return an item please contact us within 14 days via our contact form to let us know you would like to return an item and request a refund.

All items must be in any original packaging.

Once we have received the item(s) back at our office we will process the refund. Please note that we are unable to reimburse you for any shipping costs. Please return the item(s) to the following address:
